Responsible for the full lifecycle of national R&D and public-sector projects in the marine sector
— from planning through completion. Business development, external communication, company operations,
and visual design all come together to keep projects running smoothly.
Business Planning Team
Leads projects end to end — from opportunity development and proposals through WBS-based scheduling, issue tracking, deliverable management, and client communication. Also connects international marine data standards, including the S-100 series, to business planning.
Management Support Team
Handles HR, accounting, contracts, and general administration — building the systems and environment that let everyone focus on their work.
Design Team
Translates complex marine data and technology into visual language anyone can understand, designing infographics, system UI/UX, and all company promotional materials.
