사업본부
해양 분야 국가 R&D와 공공 사업의 기획부터 완료까지 전 과정을 총괄합니다.
사업 기획팀, 경영팀, 디자인팀이 유동적으로 협력해 프로젝트를 성공적으로 이끕니다.
사업기획팀
신규 사업 기회 발굴과 제안서 작성부터 WBS 기반 일정 관리, 이슈 대응, 최종 산출물 납품 및 발주처 소통까지 사업의 전 과정을 책임집니다. S-100 등 국제 해양 데이터 표준을 실제 비즈니스로 연결하는 역할도 맡고 있습니다.
경영팀
인사, 회계, 계약, 총무 등 전반적인 경영 지원 업무를 수행하며, 팀원들이 실무에만 몰입할 수 있는 업무 환경을 만듭니다.
디자인팀
전문적인 해양 데이터와 기술을 직관적인 비주얼로 풀어냅니다. 인포그래픽, 시스템 UI/UX, 기업 브랜드 및 홍보 제작물을 전담합니다.
